Apana SA has moved away from maintaining a Dialup (POP) facility in South Australia due to the complete inability to provide any type of broadband access. Broadband is (quite rightly) what people want and our club members are no exception. All of the current technical group members are using broadband connections to different ISP's. We do however, offer some services that our current members find attractive.

Any Apana member can use the Apana Web Servers to host their web site. We currently have no limits on either activity or the size of the site (within reason of course). |

Probably the most popular of the services is VPN membership. This gives you the ability to have your cake and eat it too! VPN members use their own Internet connection to their own ISP but then use VPN technology to connect to the Apana SA hub. This gives them the ability to have any number (within reason :-) of "static" IP addresses for their own use. |
